Banana Creme Pie

1 oz Mahina Rum

.25 oz Giffard Vanilla

1 oz @tempus_fugit_spirits Crème de Banane

1 oz Heavy Cream

1 small egg white

Torched Angostura Bitters Graham Cracker Grounds

High Tide

1.5 oz Mahina Rum

.5 oz Amaro Cio Ciaro bar spoon ginger syrup

.5 oz lime juice

1 dash Angostura bitters

2.5 oz soda water

Combine all ingredients in shaking tin & shake for 6 seconds. Add soda water and top almost full with ice. Strain ingredients. Add Garnishes.

Moon Boot

1.25 oz Mahina Rum

.5 oz Giffard Vanilla

1 Dash Chocolate Bitters

.5 oz Cream

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake for 4 seconds. Fine strain into a shot glass. Shave cinnamon on top.

Honeymoon Suite

1.75 oz Mahina Rum

.75 oz sweet vermouth

.25 oz apricot liqueur

2 Dash Angostura bitters

1 Dash orange bitters

Glass: Coupe Glass Garnish: Orange Peel/ Oils - Combine all ingredients, add ice and stir.

Island Moon

1 oz Mahina Rum

1/2 oz apple brandy

1/4 oz Allspice Dram

1 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz applesauce

1/4 oz lemon juice

Combine ingredients in shaker w/ ice + shake until chilled. Fine-strain into Tiki mug filled w/ crushed ice. Garnish: apple slices + cinnamon stick.
